A comprehensive diagnostic of founder dynamics and team health — identifying execution gaps, risk areas, and interpersonal friction points. Followed by a targeted Strategic Mitigation Sprint with 1:1 consulting support.
Fellows launch a founder-led media channel — podcast, newsletter, LinkedIn series, or YouTube — and build a compelling founder narrative that earns trust with capital, customers, and talent. Includes a sustainable content system aligned with your business goals, amplified through WE Global Studios' media platform and partner network.
Revenue strategy, scalable partnerships, and business development support — plus positioning refinement and warm introductions to aligned capital allocators based on WEScore™ performance and traction.
A structured, founder-specific curriculum covering how to integrate AI into your business model, team workflow, and growth strategy — so you build smarter from day one.
Develop the data literacy and decision-intelligence fluency to lead your company in an AI-native world — not just as a user of tools, but as a strategist who commands them.
Bi-weekly 90-minute group sessions throughout the program, plus quarterly 1:1 advisory office hours. Culminating in a half-day virtual Founder DNA Intensive to integrate the year and anchor cohort relationships.
Program Structure
A dedicated one-hour onboarding session at the start of the program to build your bespoke program roadmap — aligning your goals, gaps, and priorities with the fellowship's resources.
